Watch the developments. It is best to strip small managable areas so that the stripped wood is not left exposed for too long. After stripping get the undercoat on to protect your wood. We are attacking our stripping project in chunks - follow our progress, which we will update regularly.

You can use the speedheater on interior surfaces too, anywhere where there is paint or varnish on wood. Great for doors, architraves, skirtings and around windows. Use it to remove the bulk of the paint sufficient for repainting or reheat using boiled linseed oil and steel wool to remove all paint residue, for a beautiful oiled wooden surface.

Removing paint from windows can be a renovators nightmare. The Speedheater is safe to use around glass as the extendable side panels reflect the heat away from the glass. Makes easy work of multiple layers of paint, hard to reach areas and you can remove the putty using the Speedheater too if you want to.

Another use for the Speedheater 1100. Use to remove paint or varnish off furniture and restore the naturaly beauty of the wood.
