Returns Policy:

1. Before returning any defective product please call us via our freephone number (1800 22 49 53) for an authorisation code.

2. All products must be returned in the original packaging to avoid damage whilst in transit.

3. If the product is found to be defective, I-Strip Australasia Pty Ltd will cover the freight cost of the return.

4. I-Strip Australasia Pty Ltd reserves the right to either repair or replace the goods at their discretion.
